Tommy Ah Teck is the Executive Chairman of Gamma Civic Ltd since 2020. As such, he has executive responsibilities, which encompasses business development, strategic oversight, policy implementation, operational and financial oversight and executive supervision. He also has board and shareholders responsibilities, whereby he leads the board, is the reporting line for the company secretary and he ensures strong and effective communication between shareholders, the board and management. In addition, he provides support to the CEO in mentoring the next generation of leadership and talents.
Prior to his appointment as Executive Chairman, he held the position of Managing Director, Non-Executive Director and Vice Chairman.
He holds a BSc (Hons) Engineering and MPhil Mechanical Engineering.
Patrice holds a BA (Hons) Accounting & Finance from South Bank University. He joined the Gamma Group as Sales and Marketing Manager in 1993. He was appointed Sales and Marketing Director in 2000, and he has occupied the post of Deputy Managing Director until July 2015, to become a Non-Executive Board Member.
Since August 2020, he is the Vice Chairman of Gamma Civic Ltd.
Boon has been appointed CEO of Gamma Civic Ltd in May 2025. His focus as the new CEO is to drive the implementation of the Gamma Global strategy as approved by the Board. He also has the responsibility of mentoring the next generation of leadership and talents to ensure the Company’s and Group’s sustainability.
He has been an Independent Non-Executive Director on the board of Gamma Civic Ltd since 2014, and member of the Audit & Risk Committee and the Corporate Governance Committee.
He is the Founder and Managing Director of Chancery Capital Pte. Ltd, a boutique private equity and corporate advisory practice, with more than 20 years of investment banking experience with OCBC, BNP Paribas and Rothschild Group in Singapore and New York.
He holds an MA (Hons) Law and is a qualified Chartered Financial Analyst.
Maurice Lam Pak Ng is an Independent Non-Executive Director on the board of Gamma Civic Ltd since 2014. He is the Chairman of the Company’s Corporate Governance Committee and also a member of the Audit & Risk Committee.
Moreover, he is the Chairman of the board of directors of Gamma Treasury Management Limited. In addition, he is also a member of the Corporate Governance and Audit & Risk committees at Gamma Construction Ltd.
He is the Founder and Principal of Stewardship Consulting Pte. Ltd., an international consulting boutique advising enterprising families in family governance, family capital planning and strategy.
He holds an MBA in Finance and is a NeuroColor Certified Coach and Trainer.
Christian Wiklund has been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director on the board of directors of Gamma Civic Ltd in January 2024. He is currently the Chairman of the Company’s Audit & Risk Committee.
He is the Managing Director and Founding Partner of Flamingo Capital Partners, an Africa-focused investment banking advisory firm. He has over 20 years of experience in investment banking. He has worked in markets across Africa, Europe and Middle East at Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and Standard Chartered Bank where he was Managing Director and Regional Head of M&A for Africa & Middle East.
He holds an MSc in Business and Economics from Stockholm School of Economics.
Marie Claire Chong Ah-Yan is a Non-Executive Director on the board of Gamma Civic Ltd since 2015. She is also a member of the Corporate Governance Committee. She is a Co-Trustee of the Gamma Foundation, which coordinates all CSR projects for the Group. She was appointed Head of HR in 2000 and advisor to the Executive Chairman on HR matters, since 2017.
She holds a Bachelor degree in Arts, a Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management and has been awarded the FT Non-Executive Director Diploma.
Jean-Claude Lam Hung is a Non-Executive Director on the board of Gamma Civic Ltd since 2017 and a member of the Company’s Audit and Risk Committee.
He is the Chief Executive Officer of CG Re (Africa) Ltd, a reinsurance broker. He was part of the Gamma Group in 2012 where he occupied the position of Group Chief Finance Officer at Gamma Civic Ltd. He has also worked as a Chartered Accountant with EY, London and held various key positions at Deloitte, BDO and Mazars LLP.
He holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Twalha Dhunnoo is the Company’s Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer since January 2024. He joined Gamma Civic as Group Chief Financial Officer in May 2017 and was thereafter appointed as Executive Director.
His earlier career includes key positions at EY, Mellon International and Deutsche Bank in London from 1998 to 2007. He also assumed the position of CFO and Executive Director of Gatehouse Bank Plc, a deposit-taking bank located in London from 2011 to 2017.
He has an MEng degree in Electrical and Information Sciences and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
Jason Ah Teck is an Executive Director of the company since April 2020, working closely with the Executive Chairman for business development. He joined Gamma Civic Ltd as Corporate Affairs Executive in 2019. Prior to joining Gamma Civic Ltd, he was a strategy consultant at KPMG’s Global Strategy Group in London, where he focused on growth strategy and data analytics for multinational corporations.
He holds a BEng Materials Engineering with Management and a Master’s degree in Management.
The Audit and Risk Committee is charged with overseeing financial reporting and disclosure, as well as risk management policies and frameworks. The committee is essential to the company’s financial review process, including audits, compliance control and risk management.
The Corporate Governance Committee is in charge of overseeing governance matters to ensure that the Board remains functional and follows best practices in corporate governance. The committee also plays a role in deciding on senior management salaries and board nominations.

Kavi Baboolall joined Gamma Civic Ltd as Chief Financial Officer in September 2023.
He was part of the Gamma group in 2013 where he occupied the position of Chief Financial Performance Officer at Gamma Civic Ltd and also acted as the interim CFO at Gamma Construction Ltd.
Prior to joining Gamma, he worked in England where he gained extensive exposure to the UK banking sector. He has spent 8 years with the SBM Group where he held various key positions and led major projects including the overseas expansion of the SBM Group in Kenya and India.
He holds a BSc Accounting & Finance and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
Clement Leu San is the Deputy Group CFO since October 2019. He joined Gamma Group as an Accountant in 1996 before his appointment as Group Financial Controller in 1999.
He has more than 30 years of experience in finance and accounting, including 4 years at Kemp Chatteris Deloitte where he was Audit Supervisor before moving to Gamma Group.
He is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Fahmida Jeerooburkhan is the Managing Director of Gamma Corporate Services Ltd since July 2015 and an Executive Director of the company since March 2012. She joined Gamma Civic Ltd as an in-house lawyer in July 1999, she has also been in private practice at the Chambers of Sir Hamid Moollan QC and served as District Magistrate.
She holds a DEUG in law and an LLB (Hons). In October 2019, she was awarded the Financial Times Non-Executive Director Diploma.
