Tell us a little bit about your journey at Gamma.

I was contacted for a role and started researching the company. Like many, I thought Gamma was only about construction but I quickly realised, their scope is impressively broad. Today, I manage corporate secretarial and legal responsibilities. Thanks to the support I’ve received, I’ve completed legal courses and even started an LLM in Corporate Law. The opportunity to learn from colleagues with 20+ years of experience has been truly enriching.

Was it your plan to stay long-term?

Not at all. I initially thought I’d move around to grow professionally. But seeing how many people have been here for decades, and are still evolving, really inspires me. Gamma has changed how I see career growth.

What do you appreciate most about Gamma?

The sense of belonging is pretty extraordinary. Also, everyone is approachable, from colleagues to directors. There’s a genuine effort to listen, and governance is taken seriously. That’s important in my role and something I take pride in.

Any advice for young professionals?

You don’t need to job-hop to grow. Gamma offers learning, exposure to different industries, and support through education, all within one organisation. It’s a great place to evolve both professionally and personally.
