Tommy Ah Teck is the Executive Chairman of Gamma Civic Ltd since 2020. As such, he has executive responsibilities, which encompasses business development, strategic oversight, policy implementation, operational and financial oversight and executive supervision. He also has board and shareholders responsibilities, whereby he leads the board, is the reporting line for the company secretary and he ensures strong and effective communication between shareholders, the board and management. In addition, he provides support to the CEO in mentoring the next generation of leadership and talents.
Prior to his appointment as Executive Chairman, he held the position of Managing Director, Non-Executive Director and Vice Chairman.
He holds a BSc (Hons) Engineering and MPhil Mechanical Engineering.
Patrice holds a BA (Hons) Accounting & Finance from South Bank University. He joined the Gamma Group as Sales and Marketing Manager in 1993. He was appointed Sales and Marketing Director in 2000, and he has occupied the post of Deputy Managing Director until July 2015, to become a Non-Executive Board Member.
Since August 2020, he is the Vice Chairman of Gamma Civic Ltd.
Jason Ah Teck is an Executive Director of the company since April 2020, working closely with the Executive Chairman for business development. He joined Gamma Civic Ltd as Corporate Affairs Executive in 2019. Prior to joining Gamma Civic Ltd, he was a strategy consultant at KPMG’s Global Strategy Group in London, where he focused on growth strategy and data analytics for multinational corporations.
He holds a BEng Materials Engineering with Management and a Master’s degree in Management.
Gulshan joined GammaTech Ltd as Lead Innovation Programme Manager in January 2020. He is a technology leader with over 20 years of experience in digital transformation, and enterprise solutions. With a proven track record, working for global organisations like TNT Express and Ceridian, he has led major software projects across industries. He is committed to innovation and business efficiency.
He holds a BEng Computer Science and Engineering and an MBA in IT Entreprise Management. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Kavi Baboolall joined Gamma Civic Ltd as Chief Financial Officer in September 2023.
He was part of the Gamma group in 2013 where he occupied the position of Chief Financial Performance Officer at Gamma Civic Ltd and also acted as the interim CFO at Gamma Construction Ltd.
Prior to joining Gamma, he worked in England where he gained extensive exposure to the UK banking sector. He has spent 8 years with the SBM Group where he held various key positions and led major projects including the overseas expansion of the SBM Group in Kenya and India.
He holds a BSc Accounting & Finance and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
Shailesh Beejadarsing is the Chief Executive Officer of Gamma Construction Ltd since March 2018 and an Executive Director since May 2017. He joined the Gamma Group as Management Trainee in August 1997 and was thereafter promoted to Contracts Manager. From 2006 to 2012, he worked at Rehm-Grinaker Construction Company Ltd as Contracts Manager, before rejoining Gamma Civic Ltd in 2013.
He holds an MEng in Civil Engineering from Imperial College London.
Vincent Blanchet has been appointed General Manager of Alpha Ciment SA, Madagascar in May 2024. Prior to joining Alpha Ciment, he used to be part of Holcim Group where he held key positions where he spent 6 years at Holcim Madagascar (currently known as Alpha Ciment SA). He has also worked at Edena Boissons in Reunion Island. He has a rich career in the industrial sector in the Indian Ocean region, with over 25 years’ experience from financial management to operations.
He holds a “Diplôme d’Ecole de Commerce, option Contrôle de Gestions/Audit” and a “Diplôme d’Etudes Comptables et Financières – DECF”. He also attended l’Institut Universitaire de Technologie (IUT) of Cergy-Pontoise, Paris, where he studied “Technique de Commercialisation”.
Jacques Brune is the General Manager of Hilton Mauritius Resort & Spa since August 2016 and an Executive Director since June 2017. He joined the Hilton Group in 1991 where he held various positions across different countries within the group.
He holds a Brevet de Technicien Supérieur (BTS) Hotellière from the hotel school of Toulouse, France.
Samantha Cahoolessur joined Gamma Corporate Services Ltd as Head of Corporate Services in April 2019. She has extensive experience in corporate business administration, compliance and governance, shareholder engagement and boardroom practice, having worked in one of the largest shareholder based companies in Mauritius for 17 years.
She holds a BSc (Hons) Economics and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Governance Institute, UK.
Marie Claire Chong Ah-Yan is a Non-Executive Director on the board of Gamma Civic Ltd since 2015. She is also a member of the Corporate Governance Committee. She is a Co-Trustee of the Gamma Foundation, which coordinates all CSR projects for the Group. She was appointed Head of HR in 2000 and advisor to the Executive Chairman on HR matters, since 2017.
She holds a Bachelor degree in Arts, a Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management and has been awarded the FT Non-Executive Director Diploma.
Anand joined Gamma Civic Ltd as Head of Real Estate Development Services in November 2024. He is a seasoned real estate professional with over 23 years of experience at both local and international level. Having held senior management roles for corporates including the Economic Development Board, Jebel Ali Freezone Authority of Dubai, Djibouti Freezone, and Smart City Developers, he brings along a proven track record in master-planning, development management and execution of large scale mixed-use projects including Special Economic Zones in Middle East and Africa.
Anand holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics and an MSc in Project Management from the University of Mauritius.
Twalha Dhunnoo is the Company’s Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer since January 2024. He joined Gamma Civic as Group Chief Financial Officer in May 2017 and was thereafter appointed as Executive Director.
His earlier career includes key positions at EY, Mellon International and Deutsche Bank in London from 1998 to 2007. He also assumed the position of CFO and Executive Director of Gatehouse Bank Plc, a deposit-taking bank located in London from 2011 to 2017.
He has an MEng degree in Electrical and Information Sciences and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
Vishen Gopalla is the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Kolos Cement Ltd since June 2024. He joined Kolos Cement Ltd in September 2023 as Deputy General Manager. Prior to joining Kolos Cement Ltd, he was the Chief Finance Officer at Forges Tardieu Ltd. He began his career in London at Ernst & Young LLP in 2004, before moving to Close Brothers Group PLC, a leading UK merchant banking group. Following his relocation to Mauritius in 2011, Vishen held several senior executive roles in renowned local companies.
He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS) and holds a BA & MA (Cantab) in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
Chaveesh Gunesie is the Head of Finance at Kolos Cement Ltd since January 2023. He joined Kolos Cement Ltd in July 2017 as Accountant and was promoted to Accounting Manager in June 2020. He began his career as an Analyst at BDO in 2006 and was engaged in various assignments in the audit and advisory team. Over the years, he has held several positions as Accountant in different companies.

Ravi Gutty is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Gamma Construction Ltd since March 2018. He joined the Gamma Group in 2000 as Site Engineer and since then he has held various key positions and was promoted to Vice CEO in May 2015.
Ravi holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering and City Planning, I.N.S.A., Grande Ecole d’Ingénieur, Lyon, France. He is a Registered Professional Engineer with the CRPE (Mtius) Ltd and a member of the Institute of Engineers of Mauritius (IEM).
Boon has been appointed CEO of Gamma Civic Ltd in May 2025. His focus as the new CEO is to drive the implementation of the Gamma Global strategy as approved by the Board. He also has the responsibility of mentoring the next generation of leadership and talents to ensure the Company’s and Group’s sustainability.
He has been an Independent Non-Executive Director on the board of Gamma Civic Ltd since 2014, and member of the Audit & Risk Committee and the Corporate Governance Committee.
He is the Founder and Managing Director of Chancery Capital Pte. Ltd, a boutique private equity and corporate advisory practice, with more than 20 years of investment banking experience with OCBC, BNP Paribas and Rothschild Group in Singapore and New York.
He holds an MA (Hons) Law and is a qualified Chartered Financial Analyst.
Fahmida Jeerooburkhan is the Managing Director of Gamma Corporate Services Ltd since July 2015 and an Executive Director of the company since March 2012. She joined Gamma Civic Ltd as an in-house lawyer in July 1999, she has also been in private practice at the Chambers of Sir Hamid Moollan QC and served as District Magistrate.
She holds a DEUG in law and an LLB (Hons). In October 2019, she was awarded the Financial Times Non-Executive Director Diploma.
Shaun Kim Tiam Fook Chong is the Chief Financial Officer of Lottotech Ltd since 2020 and has also been appointed as Deputy Chief Executive Officer in July 2023. He joined Gamma Group in 2014 where he held the position of CFO at Kolos Cement Ltd before moving to Gamma Civic Ltd as Deputy CFO – Financial Management & Analysis in 2019. Prior to joining the Gamma Group, he worked as Audit Manager at Harold Everett Wreford LLP, London, UK and Senior Financial Accountant at Aspen Global Incorporated.
He holds a BA Accounting & Finance from Leeds University. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant in England & Wales (ICAEW) and is also an INSEAD alumnus.
Jean-Claude Lam Hung is a Non-Executive Director on the board of Gamma Civic Ltd since 2017 and a member of the Company’s Audit and Risk Committee.
He is the Chief Executive Officer of CG Re (Africa) Ltd, a reinsurance broker. He was part of the Gamma Group in 2012 where he occupied the position of Group Chief Finance Officer at Gamma Civic Ltd. He has also worked as a Chartered Accountant with EY, London and held various key positions at Deloitte, BDO and Mazars LLP.
He holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Maurice Lam Pak Ng is an Independent Non-Executive Director on the board of Gamma Civic Ltd since 2014. He is the Chairman of the Company’s Corporate Governance Committee and also a member of the Audit & Risk Committee.
Moreover, he is the Chairman of the board of directors of Gamma Treasury Management Limited. In addition, he is also a member of the Corporate Governance and Audit & Risk committees at Gamma Construction Ltd.
He is the Founder and Principal of Stewardship Consulting Pte. Ltd., an international consulting boutique advising enterprising families in family governance, family capital planning and strategy.
He holds an MBA in Finance and is a NeuroColor Certified Coach and Trainer.
Bernard Lan is the General Manager of Gamma Materials Ltd since January 2021 and an Executive Director of the company since January 2018. He has occupied the same position in 2015 and was seconded to Kolos Cement Ltd by Gamma Civic Ltd in 2018 as Deputy General Manager.
He joined Gamma Civic Ltd as IT Manager in 1998 and has occupied several key positions at different business units in the Group.
Bernard holds a BSc (Hons) Computing with Business from the University of Hertfordshire.
Clement Leu San is the Deputy Group CFO since October 2019. He joined Gamma Group as an Accountant in 1996 before his appointment as Group Financial Controller in 1999.
He has more than 30 years of experience in finance and accounting, including 4 years at Kemp Chatteris Deloitte where he was Audit Supervisor before moving to Gamma Group.
He is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Faatima Salehmohamed Seetal is the Head Of Real Estate at Gamma Civic Ltd since 2018. She previously worked as Development Executive at Medine Property where she managed several landmark projects. She has also worked for MaxCity Group.
She holds a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Valuation Surveying).
Bipin Sobnack has been appointed Director of Finance at Hilton Mauritius Resort & Spa in June 2024. He started his career at the Hilton Mauritius Resort & Spa as Accountant in July 2016 and was subsequently promoted to Finance Manager in February 2019. He completed the Hilton Shine Program in 2023 and took over the role of Operations Manager in September 2023. Prior to joining Hilton Mauritius Resort & Spa, he worked at the Radisson Blu Mauritius, Intercontinental Mauritius and Voila Bagatelle Hotel.
He holds a BA in Hospitality Management from London and he was awarded the Hilton Best Finance Leader for Africa & Indian Ocean.
Farha-Naz Soreefan is a seasoned finance professional with over 14 years of experience at Gamma Civic Ltd. She currently serves as Treasurer at Gamma Treasury, a role she has held since October 2019. With a strong background in financial management and corporate accounting, she previously worked as an Account Officer for nearly nine years, gaining in-depth expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and treasury operations. Her extensive experience and dedication contribute to the company’s financial stability and strategic growth.
Irshad Tarsoo is the Head Finance of Gamma Materials Ltd since January 2012. Prior to joining Gamma Materials Ltd, he held various positions in the Finance department at Gamma Civic Ltd between 2003 and 2012.
He completed his Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification at Emile Woolf International in 1993.
Moorghen Veeramootoo is the Chief Executive Officer of Lottotech Ltd since March 2023 and an Executive Director since May 2017. He joined Gamma Civic Ltd in 2004 where he held the positions of Marketing & Sales Manager and Business Unit Manager. He was transferred to Lottotech Ltd in 2009 as the Deputy General Manager/Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining the Gamma Group, he was the Strategic Planning Manager at CreadFCB and the Marketing Manager at Innodis.
Moorghen holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and a BSc Engineering, European Business & Technology from Coventry University in the UK. He also holds a Diplôme Universitaire en Technologie (DUT) from the Institut Universitaire de Technologie of Avignon in France. Moorghen is an INSEAD alumnus and has attended several Executive programs, including one at the National University of Singapore and one from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Christian Wiklund has been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director on the board of directors of Gamma Civic Ltd in January 2024. He is currently the Chairman of the Company’s Audit & Risk Committee.
He is the Managing Director and Founding Partner of Flamingo Capital Partners, an Africa-focused investment banking advisory firm. He has over 20 years of experience in investment banking. He has worked in markets across Africa, Europe and Middle East at Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and Standard Chartered Bank where he was Managing Director and Regional Head of M&A for Africa & Middle East.
He holds an MSc in Business and Economics from Stockholm School of Economics.
Jean Paul Yan Man Shing is the Chief Finance Officer of Gamma Construction Ltd since September 2015. He started his career as external auditor at Kemp Chatteris Deloitte in 2000 and joined Holcim (Mauritius) Ltd in 2004 where he held various key positions across the Finance department and the position of Internal Control System Compliance Officer for the Holcim Indian Ocean cluster.
