Jacques Brune

General Manager

Jacques Brune  joined Hilton Mauritius as General Manager in August 2016, prior to which he gained more than 25 years’ experience with the Hilton Group, holding the positions of F&B Manager and Director of Operations, working at The Hilton Paris, The Hilton Charles de Gaulle and The Noga Hilton, Cannes. In 2005, he fulfilled his first assignment as General Manager in Sofia, Bulgaria, followed by Ankara in Turkey.
