Independent Non-Executive Director

Boon Hui Chan was appointed Independent Non-Executive Director of Gamma Civic in June 2014. In addition to being the Founder and Managing Director of Chancery Capital, a boutique private equity and corporate advisory practice, he has garnered more than 18 years of investment banking experience with OCBC, BNP Paribas and Rothschild Group in Singapore and New York. He also serves on the Audit & Risk Committee and Corporate Governance Committee at Gamma Civic Ltd and Gamma Construction Ltd.

A citizen and resident of Singapore, he has a MA (Hons) Law and is a qualified Chartered Financial Analyst.
