Shailesh Beejadarsing joined the company as a management trainee and worked his way up to Contracts Manager at Gamma Civic. Prior to rejoining Gamma as Civic Chief Projects Officer in 2013, he worked as Contracts Manager for Rehm-Grinaker Construction Company Ltd. He was transferred to Gamma Construction Ltd as Deputy CEO in May 2015 before being appointed as CEO in March 2018. He has an MEng in Civil Engineering.
